Bon Jovi - (You Want To) Make A Memory + Lyrics

Make a Memory Lyrics

Hello again, it’s you and me
Kinda always like it used to be
Sippin' wine, killing time
Trying to solve life’s mysteries.
How’s your life, it’s been a while
God it’s good to see you smile
I see you reaching for your keys
Looking for a reason not to leave.

If you don’t know if you should stay
If you don’t say what’s on your mind
Baby just, breathe there’s no where else tonight we should be-
You wanna make a memory.

I dug up this old photograph
Look at all that hair we had
It’s bittersweet to hear you laugh
Your phone is ringing, I don’t wanna ask.

If you go now, I’ll understand
If you stay, hey, I got a plan
You wanna make a memory
You wanna steal a piece of time
You could sing a melody to me
And I could write a couple lines
You wanna make a memory.

If you don’t know if you should stay
And you don’t say what’s on your mind
Baby just, breathe there’s no where else tonight we should be-
You wanna make a memory
You wanna steal a piece of time
You could sing a melody to me
And I could write a couple lines
You wanna make a memory
You wanna make a memory

Guns N' Roses - 14 Years Lyrics+ Video

I try and feel the sunshine
You bring the rain
You try and hold me down
With your complaints
You cry and moan and complain
You whine an tear
Up to my neck in sorrow
The touch you bring
You just don't step inside to
14 years
So hard to keep my own head...
That's what I say
You know...I've been the beggar...
I've played the thief
I was the dog...they all tried to beat
But it's been
14 years of silence
It's been
14 years of pain
It's been
14 years that are gone forever
And I'll never have again
Your stupid girlfriends tell you
That I'm to blame
Well they're all used-up has-beens
Out of the game
This time I'll have the last word
You hear what I say
I tried to see it your way
It won't work today
You just don't step inside to
14 years
So hard to keep my own head...
That's what I say
You know...I've been the dealer...
Hangin' on your street
I was the dog...they all tried to beat
But it's been
14 years of silence
It's been
14 years of pain
It's been
14 years that are gone forever
And I'll never have again
Bullshit and contemplation
Gossip's their trade
If they knew half the real truth
What would they say
Well I'm past the point of concern
It's time to play
These last 4 years of madness
Sure put me straight
Don't get back 14 years
In just one day
So hard to keep my own head
Just go away
You know...just like a hooker she said
Nothin's for free
Oh I tried to see it your way
I tried to see it your way

Rex Ryan explains new 'cool' tattoo

By Mike Mazzeo | Special to ESPNNewYork.com

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Same bold New York Jets.
On Monday, coach Rex Ryan garnered massive media attention for the brand new tattoo he was sporting on his right leg.
What exactly the tattoo depicted, however, remained a mystery -- until Tuesday.
"It's a mountain, some waves and some sharks," Ryan said of the markings that cover his calf from the ankle to the knee.
Ryan keeps hearing that he got his new tattoo because he's going through a mid-life crisis.
"It's funny. Like, I hear it's a mid-life crisis," Ryan said. "It's mid-life all right."
"But what do we talk about?" Ryan asked the team's senior public relations director, Bruce Speight.
"Mid-life hieroglyphics," Speight replied.
"There's no telling what would have come out if I said that," Ryan said, prompting laughter from the assembled media.
Ryan was asked how long it took for the tattoo to be completed.
"After I got through crying?" Ryan joked. "The tattoo is nothing, guys. It's fun. That's why I did it. It took probably an hour and a half."
Ryan said his players like it.
"They think it's cool," Ryan said. "And I'm like, 'Yeah, it is.' "
The team released a video on Facebook that delves further into the tattoo.
"A new 'tat' means believe in yourself, which I've got no problem doing," Ryan said.
In a statement Monday, he described how he got the tattoo: "I was on vacation in Hawaii (early last month). I've got a couple of tattoos before. I just felt like it. The guy that I went to had given me tattoos before and it's just something that I wanted to do."
Patriots coach Bill Belichick was asked Tuesday if he had seen his rival coach's tattoo and if he had any himself.
"I'd like to see that one," he said. "Tattoo-free."

Rex Ryan Tattoo

Rex Ryan has tattoo of wife in Mark Sanchez jersey

Just when you think the stories around the New York Jets couldn't get more bizarre, the New York Daily News took things to another level on Friday.

The paper is apparently following Rex Ryan around the Bahamas and photographing him. They noticed a tattoo on his right arm with a photo bearing a "striking resemblance" to his wife wearing a Mark Sanchez jersey ... and nothing else.
The cover of the newspaper is rolling with "Kinky Inky" on the front page and "Marked for life" on the back cover.
We're not sure what is sillier: The tattoo pictures or the semi-serious column by Gary Myers that tries to analyze what this all means about Rex Ryan's credibility and how it affects his future. (The same column includes a not-so-subtle plug for Myers' book.)
Ryan came out swinging last week at a report by the Daily News, and the paper is swinging back. This is the type of old-school, attack-style true tabloid stuff that was more prevalent 50 years ago than today. (Think Boston during the Ted Williams era.)
The tattoo is good for some laughs, but the Daily News ultimately looks worse. Even though it should sell some papers on Friday.

Is Rex Ryan's Tattoo Real Or Fake?

The New York Jets' quarterback controversy has entered uncharted waters -- as crystal clear as they may be.
A vacationing Rex Ryan was spotted and photographed Thursday sporting a tattoo of a woman who appears to be his wife, wearing only a green jersey with Mark Sanchez's No. 6 on it and posing in a way many would say resembles a crouching Tim Tebow.
A shirtless Ryan, sunbathing poolside at the Cove Atlantis resort in the Bahamas, quickly left the scene with his wife after being approached by a reporter.
According to a story in the New York Daily News, Ryan cursed at the reporter while "storming away," but not before an image had been captured of Ryan lying prone with a book in his left hand with the illustration on his other upper arm. Above it is another tattoo of a green shamrock featuring the names of his wife and children.
There was no indication in the report whether the tattoos were permanent, but a person close to Ryan told ESPNNewYork.com's Rich Cimini that Ryan's "had it for years." A few people in the Jets' organization have known about it, but not many, the source said. Even some of his assistant coaches apparently didn't know.
Sanchez was drafted by the Jets fifth overall out of USC in 2009, four months after Ryan was hired as coach.
Ryan took the trip to the Bahamas as the Jets prepare to begin interviews with general manager candidates, and with his coaching staff in limbo. Ryan and the assistant coaches had the week off.
Ryan and owner Woody Johnson have come under fire for not being available to discuss the Jets' disappointing season and the firing of general manager Mike Tannenbaum. The team announced Wednesday that Ryan and Johnson will conduct a "season-ending" news conference -- nine days after the season ended.
By waiting that long, the Jets will be in violation of the league's media policy, which states that the coach and a team official must conduct a news conference during the week after the season ends. The NFL will look into the matter, a league spokesman said.
Information from ESPNNewYork.com's Rich Cimini and The Associated Press was used in this report.
